Is Spatial a certified survey instrument?
No. It is a field documentation and design tool. Verify critical dimensions before construction, fabrication, valuation or legal use.
Does it work without LiDAR?
Yes. Trace room corners with AR, then enter one or two real wall dimensions to scale the complete plan.
Where is project data stored?
Scans, plans and models remain in the app's local device storage. Optional render inputs are sent only after explicit consent.
Can a render change my architecture?
The brief locks camera, room envelope, doors and windows. Generated images still require professional review before they are treated as design documents.
