LiDAR room capture
Automatic walls, doors, windows, furniture and room geometry with Apple RoomPlan.
ROOM TO CAD · IOS
Measure, model, document and redesign a real room from one precise mobile workflow.
From site capture to an architect's drawing, without redrawing the room from scratch.
CCA / SPATIAL / 2026FIELD TO DESIGN · IN MINUTES
A typical single-room workflow can reach a first concept in about five minutes. Scan quality, room complexity, device and network conditions affect timing.
ONE ROOM · THREE OUTPUTS
Use the same measured space for documentation, a photoreal proposal or an architectural concept sketch.

CAPABILITY INDEX
Automatic walls, doors, windows, furniture and room geometry with Apple RoomPlan.
Trace corners, auto-square the room, then calibrate the full plan with one or two real wall dimensions.
Wall poché, true openings, door swings, window symbols, niches and detailed interior dimension chains.
Move, rotate and resize furniture; edit wall height, materials, colors and annotations.
Inspect a material-aware room model with correctly cut door, window and storefront openings.
Layered R12 DXF, client-ready PNG/PDF sheets and USDZ for Apple spatial workflows.
Design from a photo or measured model with original style names, materials, atmosphere, place type and camera controls.
Add faithful furniture references, request coarse revisions, then annotate results with variable ink and pastel tools.
HOW TO USE
The app keeps the field process linear, so the drawing remains reviewable at every step.
Use automatic LiDAR capture, or choose No LiDAR to trace the room corners.
Move slowly, keep openings visible and close the room boundary in order.
For No LiDAR, enter one reliable wall dimension; a second dimension improves confidence.
Correct walls, openings and furniture before dimensions or exports are created.
Turn on architectural dimension chains and place plan or 3D notes where decisions matter.
Share DXF for CAD, USDZ for 3D, or a clean client sheet in PNG/PDF.
Choose the camera, place type, style, materials, atmosphere and people; add measured object references when required.
LiDAR
Best for fast room surveys on Pro iPhone and iPad devices with a LiDAR sensor.
AR
Works without LiDAR: tap corners, auto-orthogonalize the plan and scale everything from real dimensions.
VIBE SELECTION
Each preset carries a controlled material, light, furnishing and styling brief. Uploading your own vibe reference adds one interpretation credit to the first render only.

Add a reference image. Spatial interprets its palette, material balance, light and atmosphere without copying the room geometry.
QUICK DECORATE
Architecture and camera stay locked while the design brief controls furniture, finishes, light, styling and presentation mode.
Fast costs 1 credit. DeepThink and every revision use the selected mode's credits. Your own vibe adds 1 credit to the first render only. Failed generations are refunded.

VERIFIED TECHNOLOGY LAYER
These are technologies and validated output formats, not claims of endorsement or partnership.
Spatial combines architectural surveying, interior design, CAD drawing conventions and mobile spatial computing. Its outputs are reviewed against real professional workflows, not only visual demos.
ACCURACY NOTE
Spatial provides LiDAR-assisted measured capture, not survey certification. Independent mobile LiDAR studies report centimetre-level consistency under selected conditions, while drift and wall-thickness limits remain. Verify critical dimensions before construction or fabrication.

FAQ
No. It is a field documentation and design tool. Verify critical dimensions before construction, fabrication, valuation or legal use.
Yes. Trace room corners with AR, then enter one or two real wall dimensions to scale the complete plan.
Scans, plans and models remain in the app's local device storage. Optional render inputs are sent only after explicit consent.
The brief locks camera, room envelope, doors and windows. Generated images still require professional review before they are treated as design documents.
