These terms supplement Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. If there is a conflict, mandatory law and the Apple agreement prevail where applicable. Spatial is published by Çağlar Çelik, Creative Computational Architecture (CCA).
1. Professional-tool limitation
Spatial is a field documentation, concept design and communication tool. It is not a certified survey instrument and does not replace a licensed surveyor, architect, engineer, measured-building survey or code review. Verify critical dimensions, levels, structural conditions, services and legal boundaries before construction, fabrication, procurement, valuation or regulatory submission.
2. Generated outputs
Floor plans, models, exports and generated interior images may contain recognition, measurement, classification or visual errors. Generated images are proposals, not construction documents. Camera and geometry locks reduce unintended change but cannot guarantee an exact, buildable or regulation-compliant result. A qualified professional must review every output used for a real project.
3. Your content and permissions
You retain your rights in content you submit. You grant CCA and its necessary processors a limited right to process that content only to provide the requested function. You confirm that you have permission to capture the property and to use photographs, furniture references, artworks, trademarks and identifiable people. Do not submit unlawful, infringing, deceptive, abusive or highly sensitive content.
4. Subscriptions and render credits
Prices and local taxes are shown by the App Store before purchase. Subscriptions renew unless cancelled in Apple account settings within Apple's applicable period. Fast uses one credit; DeepThink uses three. Each successful coarse revision uses the selected mode's credit cost again, and a custom vibe reference adds one credit to the initial render only. A request that returns no usable result from the service is not intended to consume credits. Refunds and billing disputes are handled under Apple's rules.
5. Availability and acceptable use
Capture features can depend on device hardware, lighting, room complexity and tracking quality. Optional network features depend on third-party infrastructure and may be interrupted, rate-limited or changed. You may not reverse engineer a hosted endpoint, automate abusive requests, evade limits, resell access, or use the service to violate another person's rights.
6. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CCA is not liable for construction, procurement, design, measurement, business or consequential losses caused by reliance on an unverified output. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under Turkish consumer or data-protection law.
7. Changes, termination and law
Features or these terms may change for security, legal or product reasons. Access may be suspended for abuse or material breach. Turkish law applies, subject to mandatory consumer jurisdiction. Contact caglarcelik@caglarmimarlik.com for support or legal notices.
