1. What Spatial stores locally
Room scans, floor plans, measured geometry, 3D models, notes, drawings, sampled colors, project names, export counters, preferences and purchase status are stored in the app's local container on your device. CCA does not maintain a user account database for these projects. Deleting a project removes its project data from the app; deleting the app removes its local container, subject to your device backups.
2. Camera, LiDAR and AR processing
Spatial uses the camera, LiDAR when available, and Apple spatial frameworks to measure and model a room. Standard capture, plan editing, color sampling, annotations, DXF generation and USDZ preparation are performed on device. Camera access occurs only after system permission.
3. Optional Quick Decorate processing
Quick Decorate is optional and requires explicit consent before transmission. Depending on your choices, it may send a room photograph or model snapshot, object reference photographs and measurements, a limited geometry summary, room function, place type, style, material and atmosphere choices, people preference, camera choice and revision text.
The request is sent through CCA's Cloudflare Worker and processed by the image service fal.ai. CCA's Worker does not write the request or result to a project database and persistent Worker observability is disabled. The request asks the processor not to retain request input/output and requests a short-lived output URL. Network providers may still process transient security and delivery metadata, and the processor's own technical logs and legal obligations remain governed by its current terms. Do not submit confidential material unless this processing is acceptable to you.
4. Purchases
Subscriptions and render-credit purchases are processed by Apple through StoreKit. CCA receives transaction and entitlement status needed to unlock features, but does not receive your complete payment card or bank details.
5. Purposes and legal basis
Local project data is used to provide app functionality you request. Optional render data is processed to generate the requested design output on the basis of your explicit action and consent. Purchase data is processed to perform the app contract and prevent duplicate grants. CCA does not use Spatial project content for advertising, cross-app tracking or sale.
6. People and third-party content
You must have the rights and permissions required for photographs, interiors, artworks, furniture references and identifiable people you submit. Prefer empty-room photographs. If another person is visible, obtain their consent before using Quick Decorate.
7. Retention and deletion
Local data remains until you delete it or the app. CCA does not keep a server-side project archive. Optional render files are intended for immediate processing and short-lived delivery; save any result you need inside the app. You may request information, correction or deletion of data controlled by CCA at the contact address above. Data already removed from the processing path may no longer be recoverable.
8. International processing and security
Cloud infrastructure and the image processor may process optional render data outside Turkey. Spatial uses encrypted HTTPS transport, payload limits and restricted processing paths. No internet service is risk-free; keep sensitive client and personal information out of optional render requests when possible.
9. Children and changes
Spatial is a professional spatial documentation and design tool and is not directed to children under 13. This policy may change when features, processors or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
